Data Deletion

Marketa is committed to your privacy. If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account, or simply want all your personal data removed from our systems, you can request full data deletion using the methods below.
Method 1 — Via Facebook / Meta
Meta allows you to remove Marketa's access directly from your Facebook settings. This triggers a deletion request that Marketa is required to process.
Method 2 — Email Request
Email us directly to request deletion of all personal data, including your Marketa account, campaign data, and Meta tokens.
- Your full name
- Email address registered with your Marketa account
- Your Facebook / Meta user ID (optional)
What Gets Deleted
- Your Marketa account (email, name, authentication data)
- Your Meta access token and connected Ad Account IDs
- Campaign data, ad copy, and analytics synced from Meta
- Brand information, website data, and AI-generated content linked to your account
- Server logs containing your identifiable information
What We Cannot Delete
- Legal/compliance records — Billing records may be retained up to 7 years as required by law
- Aggregated, anonymized data — Fully de-identified data that cannot be traced back to you
- Data held by Meta — Campaigns stored in Meta's own systems must be deleted via your Meta account settings
